Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At BioHack Studios, we understand that plans change. This page explains, in plain language, how tour appointments, membership billing, automatic renewal, and cancellations work. If anything is unclear, contact us at memberships@biohackstudios.com and we will help.

2. Free Studio Tours

2.1 Rescheduling and cancelling a tour: Studio tours and consultations are free. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours' notice as a courtesy so the time can be offered to someone else. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, or by texting us at (727) 469-7555.

3. Membership

3.1 One membership type: BioHack Studios offers a single membership: $299 per month, billed monthly, month to month. There is no long-term contract.

4. Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Your membership automatically renews. Please read this section carefully.

4.1 How renewal works: Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date, and the payment method on file is charged $299, until you cancel. This disclosure is provided in accordance with Florida law governing automatic renewal of service contracts (Fla. Stat. § 501.165).

4.2 How to cancel: You may cancel at any time, at no cost, by emailing memberships@biohackstudios.com with your full name. You may also cancel by the same means you used to sign up. We confirm every cancellation in writing by email; if you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us so we can make sure your request was received.

4.3 Cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for the next month, your cancellation request must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date. If your request is received within the 7-day window before renewal, the upcoming month will still be charged and your cancellation will take effect at the end of that final month. You keep full access to the studio through the end of any period you have paid for.

5. Membership Pause Policy

5.1 Pausing instead of cancelling: Pauses must be for a minimum of 3 weeks and may last up to 3 months. Notice of a pause must be given at least 7 days before your next billing date; a pause requested within the 7-day window before renewal will take effect the following billing cycle. Pauses cannot begin mid-billing-cycle, no prorated amounts are issued, and members may pause up to twice per calendar year.

6. Acknowledgment of Policy

By enrolling in a membership at BioHack Studios, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, including the automatic renewal terms in Section 4.
