What is REHIT and the CAROL Bike?
REHIT stands for Reduced-Exertion High-Intensity Interval Training. The CAROL Bike is an AI-controlled stationary bike designed to deliver this stimulus precisely: a short warm-up, a couple of very brief all-out sprints, and a cool-down.
